You are welcome to book an assessment and 1st session and take it from there. Therapy is offered on a time unlimited basis and there is no minimum or maximum number of sessions. Often people will do a few sessions to see if it is right for them before making a decision to engage in longer term therapy.
Session prices are based upon affordability as I believe that everybody should have the opportunity to engage in counselling without it being inaccessible. I also offer a limited number of sessions per week as low-cost counselling for people on very low incomes or whom are receiving benefits due to unemployment or disability/illness.
(For those on benefits or unable to work due to disability or illness)
I also see some clients on a 2-3 occasions each week as we work psycho-analytically, and cost can vary dependant on circumstances. The prices for this can be negotiated to reflect the frequency of therapy and to make it more affordable for individuals who wish to engage in this way.
